Compensatory Time In Excess of 72 Hours – Transfer to RHSP. Unit employees must transfer unused accumulated compensatory time over 72 hours at the employee’s current regular rate of pay to the employee’s RHSP account subject to procedures that comply with IRS regulations. The transfer will be made in the pay period following the accrual exceeding the maximum hours.
