Competing Assay. With the exception of the entities listed in Schedule 2, in the event that, during the Term of this Agreement, a third party sells commercially an assay in the Field that satisfies [CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT REQUESTED]/*/ on Schedule 4 as applied to the third party, the Specified Compensated Assay Fee Minimum provided in Section 6.2.1 shall no longer apply.
