Common use of Competition and Consumer Act Clause in Contracts

Competition and Consumer Act. If the Services constitute a supply of goods and/or services to a consumer as defined in the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (“the Act”), any provision in this Agreement which would exclude, restrict or modify any condition, warranty, right or remedy available to the Client under the Act will not apply.
