Compilation of Student Evaluation Forms. 18.6.2.1 The faculty member administering the student evaluations shall prepare a compilation of the Student Evaluation Forms, by class section, including a summary of significant student comments, which shall be provided to the Unit Member being evaluated and the Immediate Management Supervisor. The Immediate Management Supervisor will comment on this information in Part II.B (Appendix K – Tenured Faculty Student Evaluation Pilot Forms). 18.6.2.2 The Student Evaluation Forms shall be retained by the faculty member administering the student evaluations until the end of the semester/term and until final grades have been posted at which time they shall be delivered to the Unit Member.
