Compilation of Student Evaluation Forms. 18.6.2.1 The faculty member administering the student evaluations shall provide the completed Student Evaluation Forms to the Immediate Management Supervisor within five-business days of administering the student evaluations. The Immediate Management Supervisor will comment on the Student Evaluation Forms in Part II.B (Appendix I – Tenured Faculty Student Evaluation Forms). 18.6.2.2 The Student Evaluation Forms shall be retained by the Division Office in a secure location until the end of the semester and until final grades have been posted at which time they shall be delivered to the Unit Member.
