Common use of Complementary Documents Clause in Contracts

Complementary Documents. The intent of the Contract Documents is to include all items necessary for the proper execution and completion of the Work. The Contract Documents are complementary, and what is required by any one shall be as binding as if required by all. All Work mentioned or indicated in the Contract Documents, and all Work reasonably inferable from them, shall be performed by the Design-Builder as part of the Contract unless it is specifically indicated in the Contract Documents that such work is to be done by others.
