Common use of Complete and Accurate Information Clause in Contracts

Complete and Accurate Information. All of the information, reports and other documents and all data (other than forecasts), as well as the amendments thereto, provided to the Agent by or on behalf of the VL Group were, at the time same were provided, and are at the date hereof, complete, true and accurate in all material respects. All forecasts provided to the Agent were prepared in good faith and all assumptions used therein were reasonable.
