Complete Roll Up. The NutraCea Roll Up will apply with respect to all Investor Roll Up Securities, and if the NutraCea Roll Up is completed, Investor shall cease to have any rights with respect to the Company or its Subsidiaries pursuant to the LLC Agreement, the Purchase Agreement and this Agreement (other than under Sections 2 and 4 of this Agreement).
