Common use of Complete Termination Clause in Contracts

Complete Termination. If it appears that a time for delivery or performance scheduled pursuant to this Agreement will be extended for more than six months, either Party shall have the right to terminate, by notice to the other Party, this Agreement. Upon termination pursuant to the foregoing sentence, Purchasers shall be entitled to cancel outstanding Purchase Orders without any further liability to Seller with respect thereto, and Seller shall be relieved of all delivery obligations with respect to such cancelled Purchase Orders.
