Complete Understanding; Modification. This Agreement constitutes the final, exclusive and complete understanding and agreement of the Company and Consultant with respect to the subject matter hereof. There are no other understandings, agreements, representations or warranties between the parties with respect to that subject matter other than those set forth in this Agreement. Any waiver, modification or amendment of any provision of this Agreement shall be effective only if in writing and signed by a Company officer.
