Common use of Completed Project Work Clause in Contracts

Completed Project Work. As areas of covered work are accepted by the District, this PLA shall have no further force or effect on such items or areas except where the Contractor is directed by the District, or its representatives, to engage in repairs, modifications, check-out and/or warranty functions required by its contract(s) with the District.
