Common use of Completeness and Accuracy Clause in Contracts

Completeness and Accuracy. The Vendor shall be responsible for and shall and hereby does warrant the completeness, accuracy and quality of all Services performed pursuant to the Contract including, but not limited to the Services, and any the reports, surveys, plans, supporting data and/or other documents prepared or compiled pursuant to Vendor's obligations under this Contract and shall correct at Vendor’s expense all errors or omissions which may be discovered therein. Town's acceptance or approval of the Vendor's Services shall in no way relieve the Vendor of any of Vendor's responsibilities hereunder.
