Common use of Completeness and Modification Clause in Contracts

Completeness and Modification. This Agreement (together with Exhibits A to Q attached hereto) represents the complete understanding between the parties hereto with respect to the transactions contemplated herein, and it supersedes all prior discussions, understandings or agreements between the parties. This Agreement shall not be modified or amended except by an instrument in writing signed by all of the parties hereto.
