Completeness of the Agreement. This Agreement, the attached Exhibits, and the additional and supplementary documents incorporated herein by specific reference contain all the terms and conditions agreed upon by the CMHSP and the FI and no other prior agreements, oral or otherwise, regarding the subject matter of this Agreement or any part thereof shall have any validity or bind either the CMHSP or the FI.
