Common use of Completion is conditional upon Clause in Contracts

Completion is conditional upon. 4.1.1 the Sellers’ warranties made pursuant to this Agreement being true and accurate as of the date of this Agreement and as at Completion as if they had been repeated at Completion; 4.1.2 the Partial Offer becoming or is declared unconditional in all respects; and 4.1.3 the number of Placing Shares as determined pursuant to Clause 2.1 having an aggregate Placing Price of not less than HK$100,000.
