Completion of New Works. 12.8.1 On the completion of the New Works the Company shall clear away and remove from the New Works Site all Constructional Plant, surplus material, rubbish and the temporary New Works of every kind and leave the whole of the Sites clean and in a workmanlike condition to the satisfaction of the Contracting Authority in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
