Common use of Completion of Proceedings Clause in Contracts

Completion of Proceedings. All corporate and other proceedings taken or to be taken in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and other Loan Documents and all documents incidental thereto shall be satisfactory in form and substance to Lender, and Lender shall have received all such counterpart originals or certified copies of such documents as Lender may reasonably request.

All corporate and other proceedings taken or to be taken by each Borrower in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and other Loan Documents and all documents incidental thereto shall be satisfactory in form and substance to Lender, and Lender shall have received all such counterpart originals or certified copies of such documents as Lender may reasonably request.

All corporate partnership, corporate, and other proceedings taken or to be taken in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Credit Agreement and other Loan Documents and all documents incidental thereto shall be satisfactory in form and substance to the Lender, and the Lender shall have received all such counterpart originals or certified copies of such documents as the Lender may reasonably request.

All corporate consents, resolutions and other proceedings taken or to be taken in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and the other Loan Documents and all documents incidental thereto shall be satisfactory in form and substance to Lender, and Lender shall have received all such counterpart originals or certified copies of such documents as Lender may reasonably request.
