Common use of Completion of Proceedings Clause in Contracts

Completion of Proceedings. All corporate and other proceedings taken or to be taken in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and other Mezzanine Loan Documents and all documents incidental thereto shall be reasonably satisfactory in form and substance to Mezzanine Lender, and Mezzanine Lender shall have received all such counterpart originals or certified copies of such documents as Mezzanine Lender may reasonably request;

Completion of Proceedings. All corporate and other proceedings taken or to be taken in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and other Mezzanine Loan Documents (Mezzanine) and all documents incidental thereto shall be reasonably satisfactory in form and substance to Mezzanine Lender, and Mezzanine Lender shall have received all such counterpart originals or certified copies of such documents as Mezzanine Lender may reasonably request;.
