Common use of Completion of Punch List items Clause in Contracts

Completion of Punch List items. Within fifteen (15) days after receipt of the certificate of substantial completion, Tenant shall supply to Landlord a written Punch List setting forth all corrective work to the Tenant Improvements which Tenant believes is required to be performed. Landlord shall perform all such corrective work to the extent necessary to complete construction of the Tenant Improvements in accordance with the Plans as determined by Landlord’s space planner or other consultant as soon as practical after receipt of the Punch List. If Tenant does not deliver a Punch List within such fifteen (15) day period, Tenant shall be deemed to have accepted the Premises in their entirety, and Landlord shall have no further obligation with respect to completion of any construction of Tenant Improvements or any other alteration, modification or change of the Premises after certification by Landlord’s space planner or other consultant that items set forth in the Punch List have been completed.
