Common use of Completion of Substitution Clause in Contracts

Completion of Substitution. On completion of the formalities set out in sub-Clause 13.2, the Substituted Obligor will be deemed to be named in this Trust Deed and the Bonds as the principal debtor in place of the Issuer (or of any previous substitute) and this Trust Deed and the Bonds will be deemed to be amended as necessary to give effect to the substitution.

Completion of Substitution. On completion of the formalities set out in sub-this Clause 13.212.2, the Substituted Obligor will be deemed to be named in this Trust Deed and the Bonds Notes as the principal debtor in place of the Issuer (or of any previous substitute) and this Trust Deed and the Bonds Notes will be deemed to be amended as necessary to give effect to the substitution.

Completion of Substitution. On completion of the formalities set out in sub-Clause 13.211.3.1 (Power of Bond Trustee to Agree to Substitution), the Substituted Obligor will be deemed to be named in this Trust Deed and the Bonds as the principal debtor in place of the Issuer (or of any previous substitute) and this Trust Deed and the Bonds will be deemed to be amended as necessary to give effect to the substitution.

Completion of Substitution. On completion of the formalities set out in sub-Clause 13.212.2, the Substituted Obligor will be deemed to be named in this Trust Deed Deed, the Bonds and the Bonds Coupons as the principal debtor in place of the Issuer (or of any previous substitute) and this Trust Deed Deed, the Bonds and the Bonds Coupons will be deemed to be amended as necessary to give effect to the substitution.
