Common use of Completion of the Services Clause in Contracts

Completion of the Services. 2.1. Subcontractor shall organize the Services in … [country name] in such a manner as to ensure that they are completed according to the written guidelines prepared by University of Warsaw as project leader and any further requirements of CLC, and shall proceed in accordance with the instructions of CLC.
