Compliance by other operators Sample Clauses

The 'Compliance by other operators' clause requires that any third parties, subcontractors, or other operators involved in the performance of the contract also adhere to the same standards, laws, or obligations imposed on the primary contracting party. In practice, this means that if a company hires a subcontractor to perform part of the work, the subcontractor must comply with all relevant legal, safety, or regulatory requirements as if they were the main contractor. This clause ensures that all parties working under the contract maintain consistent compliance, thereby reducing the risk of breaches and ensuring the integrity of the contractual obligations.
