Common use of Compliance by Third Parties Clause in Contracts

Compliance by Third Parties. Licensee shall take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that its distributors, if any, and any other parties to whom it sells any of the EI Manufactured Products for resale do not relabel, repackage, advertise, sell or attempt to sell Manapol[R] powder or any of the EI Manufactured Products in a manner that would violate this Agreement if done by Licensee.
