Compliance Confirmation. Without limiting any of the other delivery requirements contained in this Agreement, fail to deliver to the Collateral Agent, within one (1) Business Day following request therefor, any certification or other evidence requested from time to time by the Collateral Agent in its sole discretion, confirming the Borrowers’ compliance with Section 7.03(a); provided that, so long as no Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, such requests shall not be made more frequently than monthly if the most recent calculation of Specified Collateral Value pursuant to Section 7.01(a)(v) was greater than $200,000,000.

The Career Education requirement for this Contract is 0 hours. Failure to achieve these requirements may result in the application of some or all of the sanctions set forth in Administrative Policy 3.10, which is hereby incorporated by reference.

  • Compliance Certification From time to time the Sub-Adviser shall provide such certifications with respect to Rule 38a-1 under the 1940 Act, as are reasonably requested by the Fund or the Manager. In addition, the Sub-Adviser will, from time to time, provide a written assessment of its compliance program in conformity with current industry standards that is reasonably acceptable to the Fund to enable the Fund to fulfill its obligations under Rule 38a-1 under the 1940 Act.

  • Compliance Control Services (1) Support reporting to regulatory bodies and support financial statement preparation by making the Fund's accounting records available to the Trust, the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”), and the independent accountants.   • Child Abuse Reporting Requirement Grantee will: a. comply with child abuse and neglect reporting requirements in Texas Family Code Chapter 261. This section is in addition to and does not supersede any other legal obligation of the Grantee to report child abuse. b. develop, implement and enforce a written policy that includes at a minimum the System Agency’s Child Abuse Screening, Documenting, and Reporting Policy for Grantees/Providers and train all staff on reporting requirements. c. use the System Agency Child Abuse Reporting Form located at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇.▇▇/Contact Us/report abuse.asp as required by the System Agency. d. retain reporting documentation on site and make it available for inspection by the System Agency.
