COMPLIANCE OF LAWS, NOTIFICATIONS ETC. BY PARTIES. The Parties are entering into this Agreement for the allotment of Said Independent Floor for residential usage along with parking, with the full knowledge of all laws, rules, regulations, notifications applicable in the State and related to the Project.
