Compliance; Permits; Restrictions Clause Samples

The "Compliance; Permits; Restrictions" clause requires parties to adhere to all applicable laws, obtain necessary permits, and observe any relevant restrictions in connection with their activities under the agreement. In practice, this means each party must ensure they are legally authorized to perform their obligations, such as securing building permits for construction or following environmental regulations for operations. This clause serves to allocate responsibility for legal compliance, reducing the risk of regulatory violations and ensuring that the agreement is carried out within the bounds of the law.
