Compliance with Appendix D Clause Samples

The 'Compliance with Appendix D' clause requires parties to adhere to the specific requirements and standards outlined in Appendix D of the agreement. In practice, this means that any actions, deliverables, or processes referenced in the main contract must also meet the detailed criteria or procedures set forth in Appendix D, such as technical specifications, regulatory obligations, or reporting formats. This clause ensures that all parties are contractually bound to follow the additional rules or guidelines in Appendix D, thereby promoting consistency and reducing the risk of misunderstandings or non-compliance.
Compliance with Appendix D. The Parties shall comply with their respective obligations as set out in Appendix D.
