COMPLIANCE WITH BREACH NOTIFICATION AND DATA SECURITY LAWS. To the extent applicable to the Contract, the Contracting Party shall comply with the provisions of General Business Law Sections 899-aa and 899-bb (Stop Hacks and Improve Electronic Data Security Act); State Technology Law Section 208, as each such provision may hereafter be amended.
