Common use of Compliance with Codes and Regulations Clause in Contracts

Compliance with Codes and Regulations. During the Initial Lease Term and any Extension Lease Term, CIG shall be solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws, codes and regulations promulgated by any government or regulatory authority having jurisdiction over CIG or the Facilities, and shall indemnify WYCO for any loss, cost or expense (including attorneys’ fees) in connection with any breach or alleged breach of the foregoing obligation. CIG shall further be required to receive and respond to all inquiries by any regulatory authorities, and shall promptly provide WYCO with copies of all such inquiries and the responses thereto.
