Common use of Compliance with Commitments Clause in Contracts

Compliance with Commitments. Immediately after giving effect to the making of any such Extension of Credit (and the application of the proceeds thereof), (i) the sum of the aggregate principal amount of outstanding Revolving Loans plus the aggregate principal amount of Swingline Loans plus LOC Obligations shall not exceed the lesser of (A) the Borrowing Base and (B) the Revolving Committed Amount then in effect, (ii) the LOC Obligations shall not exceed the LOC Committed Amount and (iii) the principal amount of Swingline Loans shall not exceed the Swingline Commitment.
