Common use of Compliance with Credit and Collection Policy Clause in Contracts

Compliance with Credit and Collection Policy. Such Transferor has complied in all material respects with the Credit and Collection Policy with regard to each Receivable originated or contributed by it that was reflected in any Purchase Report as an Eligible Receivable and was an Eligible Receivable on the date of its acquisition by Buyer hereunder, and with regard to each Contract with respect to such Receivable, and has not made any material change to such Credit and Collection Policy, except such material change as to which Buyer has been notified in accordance with Section 4.1(b)(ii).
