Compliance with Description of Services. Contractor represents and warrants that the SaaS Application and Services specified in this Agreement and all updates and improvements to the SaaS Application and Services will comply in all material respects with the specifications and representations specified in the Documentation (including performance, capabilities, accuracy, completeness, characteristics, specifications, configurations, standards, functions and requirements) as set forth (i) herein or in any amendment hereto, and (ii) the updates thereto.
