Common use of Compliance with Existing Agreements and Applicable Law Clause in Contracts

Compliance with Existing Agreements and Applicable Law. The authorization and execution of, and the performance of all obligations required by, this Contract will not: (i) cause a breach of any agreement or instrument to which Recipient is a party or by which the Project or any of its property or assets may be bound; (ii) violate any provision of the charter or other document pursuant to which Recipient was organized or established; or (iii) violate any laws, regulations, ordinances, resolutions, or court orders related to Recipient, the Project or its properties or operations.

Compliance with Existing Agreements and Applicable Law. The authorization and execution of, and the performance of all obligations required by, this Contract Agreement will not: (i) cause a breach of any agreement or instrument to which Recipient is a party or by which the Project or any of its property or assets may be boundparty; (ii) violate any provision of the charter or other document pursuant to which Recipient was organized or established; or (iii) violate any laws, regulations, ordinances, resolutions, or court orders related to Recipient, the Project Recipient or its properties or operations.

The authorization and execution of, and the performance of all obligations required by, this Contract will not: (i1) cause a breach of any agreement agreement, indenture, mortgage, deed of trust, or other instrument to which Recipient is a party or by which the Project or any of its property or assets may be bound; (ii2) cause the creation or imposition of any third party lien, charge or encumbrance upon any property or asset of Recipient; (3) violate any provision of the charter or other document pursuant to which Recipient was organized or established; or (iii4) violate any laws, regulations, ordinances, resolutions, or court orders related to Recipient, the Project or its properties or operations.
