The authorization and execution of, and the performance of all obligations required by, this Contract will not: (i) cause a breach of any agreement or instrument to which Recipient is a party or by which the Project or any of its property or assets may be bound; (ii) violate any provision of the charter or other document pursuant to which Recipient was organized or established; or (iii) violate any laws, regulations, ordinances, resolutions, or court orders related to Recipient, the Project or its properties or operations.
