Compliance with Existing Agreements and Applicable Law. The authorization and execution of, and the performance of all obligations required by, this Agreement will not: (i) cause a breach of any agreement or instrument to which Grantee is a party or by which the Program or any of its property or assets may be bound; (ii) violate any provision of the charter or other document pursuant to which Grantee was organized or established; or (iii) violate any laws, regulations, ordinances, resolutions, or court orders related to Grantee, the Program or its properties or operations.
