Common use of Compliance with FCC Technical Standards Clause in Contracts

Compliance with FCC Technical Standards. The Grantee shall comply with the technical standards for Cable Systems provided in 47 C.F.R. §§ 76.601- 76.617, which regulations are incorporated herein by reference as if fully set forth herein. The results of tests required by the FCC must be filed within ten (10) days of the conduct of the tests with the Franchising Authority. The Franchising Authority shall pay for the cost of any special testing requested by the Franchising Authority to determine if the Cable System is in compliance with these technical standards, unless such testing demonstrates non-compliance in which case Grantee shall pay.
