Compliance with Law; Litigation; Injunctions. Lee ▇▇ not in violation in any material respect of any law, rule, permit, regulation, order, judgment or decree applicable to it, except as set forth in Part A of Section 4.8 of the Lee ▇▇▇closure Letter, the violation of which could reasonably have a Lee ▇▇▇erial Adverse Effect. Except for the matters set forth in Part B of Section 4.8 of the Lee ▇▇▇closure Letter and for claims fully covered by liability insurance of Lee, (▇) there is no action, suit or other proceeding pending or, to Lee'▇ ▇▇▇wledge, threatened, at law or in equity, before any federal, state or municipal court, administrative agency or arbitrator against Lee ▇▇▇ relating to the Newspapers which, is reasonably expected to have a Lee ▇▇▇erial Adverse Effect and (ii) Lee ▇▇ not a party to, or subject to or bound by, any order, injunction or decree of any court or governmental authority relating to the Newspapers.
