COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS AND CODE OF CONDUCT. Supplier shall comply with applicable laws, rules and regulations of the country where the Products are manufactured or the Services are performed. Supplier shall provide Buyer upon ▇▇▇▇▇’s request with docu- ments and information reasonably required in order to comply with applicable laws. Supplier undertakes to comply with the principles of ▇▇▇▇▇’s Code of Conduct. shall constitute an integral part of the Contract. Supplier’s violation of the Code of Conduct shall constitue a material breach of Contract and, Buyer shall be entitled to terminate this GPA or any other Contract related hereto for good cause without notice period.
