In conducting its business, the Company shall procure that its personnel shall comply with all applicable Law, including (a) all applicable Law and regulations regarding labor and employment matters, safety issues and the health of its personnel; (b) the Sony Pictures Entertainment Code of Business Conduct and any other company policies of Sony Pictures Entertainment Inc. as may be reasonably amended and sent to the Company from time to time and (c) all policies and procedures described in Section 4.10. 23
