Compliance with Laws; Use. The Premises shall be used only for the Permitted Use and for no other use whatsoever except with Landlord's prior written consent (which may be withheld in Landlord's sole discretion). Tenant shall not use or permit the use of the Premises for any purpose which is illegal, dangerous to persons or property or which, in Landlord's reasonable opinion, unreasonably disturbs any other tenants of the Building or interferes with the operation of the Building. Tenant shall comply with all Laws, including the Americans with Disabilities Act, regarding the operation of Tenant's business and the use, condition, configuration and occupancy of the Premises. Tenant, within 10 days after receipt, shall provide Landlord with copies of any notices it receives regarding a violation or alleged violation of any Laws. Tenant shall comply with the rules and regulations of the Building attached as EXHIBIT B and such other reasonable rules and regulations adopted by Landlord from time to time. Tenant shall also cause its agents, contractors, subcontractors, employees, customers, and subtenants to comply with all rules and regulations. Landlord shall not knowingly discriminate against Tenant in Landlord's enforcement of the rules and regulations.
