Common use of COMPLIANCE WITH OTHER APPLICABLE LAWS Clause in Contracts

COMPLIANCE WITH OTHER APPLICABLE LAWS. Able and its Subsidiaries have in effect all Permits necessary for them to own, lease or operate the properties and assets of Able and its Subsidiaries and to carry on the Business as now conducted, and there has not occurred any default under any Permit, except for the absence of Permits and for defaults under Permits that have not had an Able Material Adverse Effect. Able and its Subsidiaries are in compliance with all Other Applicable Law, except where failure to so comply would not reasonably be expected to have an Able Material Adverse Effect. Except as set forth in Schedule 4.28, no investigation or review by any Governmental Authority with respect to Able or any of its Subsidiaries is pending or to Able's Knowledge, threatened.
