Common use of Compliance with Permits, Laws and Orders Clause in Contracts

Compliance with Permits, Laws and Orders. (i) Community and each of its Subsidiaries have in effect all material Permits and have made all material filings, applications and registrations with Governmental Authorities that are required for them to own, lease or operate their respective properties and assets and to carry on their respective businesses as now conducted (and have paid all material fees and assessments due and payable in connection therewith) and there has occurred no Default under any material Permit applicable to their respective businesses or employees conducting their respective businesses. (ii) Community and each of its Subsidiaries are, and at all times since December 31, 2015 have been, in compliance in all material respects with all Laws applicable to their businesses, operations, properties or assets, including the Federal Reserve Act, the Equal Credit Opportunity Act, the Fair Housing Act, the Community Reinvestment Act, the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act, the Uniting and Strengthening America by Providing Appropriate Tools Required to Intercept and Obstruct Terrorism (USA PATRIOT) Act of 2001, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Truth in Lending Act, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Electronic Fund Transfer Act, the D▇▇▇-F▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act and all other applicable fair lending Laws and other Laws relating to discriminatory business, financing, leasing, collection or other practices, and all agency requirements relating to the origination, sale and servicing of mortgage loans and consumer loans.
