Compliance with Prior Agreements and Company Policies and Procedures. Executive confirms that Executive remains bound by the terms of all prior agreements which Executive has entered into with the Company and its parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliates, including without limitation the Employment Agreement, and all policies and procedures of the Company and its parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliates applicable to Executive and which by their terms extend beyond the Resignation Date, including without limitation the Tornier N.V.
