Common use of Compliance with Procedure Clause in Contracts

Compliance with Procedure. Subject to the provisions of Clause 25.3 and Clause 63.27 any dispute, difference or disagreement between the Parties (a Dispute) must be dealt with in accordance with this Clause 25.1. The Parties are not entitled to start legal proceedings for any Dispute until the procedures in this Clause have been exhausted. A Dispute includes any question about this Agreement's existence, validity or termination.
