Compliance with Public Records Laws. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ understands that, except for disclosures prohibited in this Grant, Grantor must disclose to the public upon request any records it receives from Grantee. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ further understands that any records obtained or generated by Grantee under this ▇▇▇▇▇, except for records that are confidential under this Grant, may be open to the public upon request under certain circumstances under the North Dakota open records law. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to contact ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ immediately upon receiving a request for information under the open records law and to comply with ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s instructions on how to respond to the request.
