Compliance with Reliability Criteria. The Generator agrees to comply with the requirements of the WSCC Reliability Criteria Agreement, including the applicable WSCC reliability criteria contained in Section IV of Annex A thereof, and, in the event of failure to comply, agrees to be subject to the sanctions applicable to such failure. Each and all of the provisions of the WSCC Reliability Criteria Agreement are hereby incorporated by reference into this Agreement as though set forth fully herein, and the Generator shall for all purposes be considered a Participant, and shall be entitled to all of the rights and privileges and be subject to all of the obligations of a Participant, under and in connection with the WSCC Reliability Criteria Agreement, including but not limited to the rights, privileges and obligations set forth in Sections 5, 6 and 10 of the WSCC Reliability Criteria Agreement.

Compliance with Reliability Criteria. The Transmission Operator agrees to comply with the requirements of the WSCC Reliability Criteria Agreement including the applicable WSCC reliability criteria contained in Section III and Section IV to Annex A thereof, and, in the event of failure to comply, agrees to be subject to the sanctions applicable to such failure. The Transmission Operator shall comply with such reliability criteria: (i) in its capacity as an operator of a Control Area and/or as an operator of transmission facilities; and (ii) with respect to generation which it Controls.
