Compliance with Requirements. Resident agrees to continue to meet UCMC’s standards for immunizations in the same manner as all UCMC personnel and as required by federal, state and local law and UCMC policy. The results of all examinations and immunizations shall be provided to the UC Health Associate Health and Wellness Department. Resident agrees to continue to fulfill the requirement for annual respiratory fit testing and other such requirements as specified by the Residency Program and UCMC.
