Common use of Compliance with Resolution Clause in Contracts

Compliance with Resolution. The Institution hereby approves of and agrees to the provisions of the Resolution. The Institution agrees to do all things within its power in order to enable the Issuer to comply with all requirements and to fulfill all covenants of the Resolution which require the Institution to comply with requests or obligations so that the Issuer will not be in default in the performance of any covenant, condition, agreement or provision of the Resolution.
