Common use of Compliance with Restrictive Covenants Clause in Contracts

Compliance with Restrictive Covenants. The Executive represents and warrants that, through the date on which the Executive executes this Agreement, the Executive has been in compliance with Section 7 and 8 of the Severance Agreement (the “Restrictive Covenants”). The Executive acknowledges and agrees that, following termination of employment; the Executive will continue to be bound by the Restrictive Covenants as provided in, and subject to the terms of, the Severance Agreement.
