The Design Professional shall not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment on any basis prohibited by law. The Design Professional shall provide equal opportunity in all employment practices. The Design Professional shall ensure that its Subcontractors comply with the City's Equal Opportunity Contracting Program Design Professional Requirements. Nothing in this Section shall be interpreted to hold the Design Professional liable for any discriminatory practice of its Subcontractors.
