Subdivider shall not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment on any basis prohibited by law. Subdivider shall provide equal opportunity in all employment practices. Subdivider shall ensure its consultants, contractors and their subcontractors comply with the City's Equal Opportunity Contracting Program. Nothing in this Section shall be interpreted to hold the Subdivider liable for any discriminatory practice of its consultants, contractors or their subcontractors.
